The Documents module allows you to manage all documents necessary for your management. You will be able to request documents from parents, but also generate and distribute documents. This management enables you to centrally store your documents in a secure environment.

Request documents from parents


Thanks to the Documents module, you can define a repository of supporting documents or documents to be provided by parents from the Parent Portal. You can then call these documents in your enrolment forms or request them through a specific form during the school year.

Generate and communicate documents


The Documents module lets you generate formatted documents via an advanced editor, allowing to include data from your Eduka Suite database. You can then distribute these documents to parents, in a targeted and automated way, by various means: upload and notify on the Eduka Suite portal, send grouped emails (as attached file), save as PDF or print.

Documents centralized in a secured environment


The Documents module is used as a storage space and a centralized access point for all documents relating to your students and their parents. So you can quickly find all documents issued or provided to a student or guardian specifically, through a relevant view.

In terms of security, you keep control of those documents through permissions granted to users. Your documents base is regularly backed-up, and the remote storage of your files avoid any loss.
